Cancellations & Rescheduling
24-hour notice required
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling request.
Changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the missed appointment cost, payable at the time of your next appointment booking.

Missed appointments without notice
In the event of a missed appointment without prior notice, all future appointments must be prepaid in full, including the 50% missed appointment fee.
