Our story

Where Western science meets Eastern wisdom

Seena Integrative Health Centre was founded in Lisbon with a clear purpose: to create a space where medicine and natural therapies work together — not alongside each other, but as a unified plan for each patient.

We saw too many people moving between specialists who didn't communicate, receiving treatments that addressed symptoms but not causes. Seena was built to be the answer to that fragmentation.

Today our team includes medical doctors, kinesiologists, naturopaths, breathing coaches, massage therapists, and mind-body practitioners — all working from the same patient picture, with the same goal: long-term wellbeing, not short-term relief.
