Mindfulness Practitioner | TRE®️ Method Practitioner | Expert in Stress, Burnout & Trauma Recovery
For Teresa Ranieri, mindfulness is more than a practice—it’s a lifelong path of guiding people back to inner strength and wellbeing. With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, she has supported individuals facing stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, and addiction, helping them discover sustainable ways to heal and grow.
Holding a Master’s degree in Teaching Mindfulness-Based Interventions from Bangor University (UK) and certified as a TRE®️ (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) Method Practitioner, Teresa integrates scientific knowledge with compassionate care to create a safe, structured, and deeply effective approach to mental health.
Teresa spent recent years bringing practices that nurture emotional and mental well-being into higher education. While participating in a three-year Erasmus+ program, she began teaching at Nova University in Lisbon, where she now offers regular classes in both the Department of Human Sciences and the School of Law. Her sessions support students and staff members in building resilience and approaching both academic and personal life with greater steadiness and well-being.
From 2022 to 2024, Teresa was part of the therapeutic team at New Life Portugal, a retreat centre dedicated to integrative mental health. There, she guided individuals through mindfulness practices, psychoeducational workshops, and weekend retreats focused on topics such as grief, menopause, communication, and personal growth. In addition to group facilitation, she also provided one-to-one support with a strong focus on aftercare and relapse prevention, empowering each person to sustain their healing journey long after the retreat.
Specializing in stress reduction, trauma release, and post-traumatic growth, Teresa meets each individual with empathy, professionalism, and genuine presence.
“Mindfulness opens the door to healing. My purpose is to guide people in reconnecting with themselves, restoring resilience, and cultivating the compassion needed to live fully.”
