The TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) Method is a clinical, body-based approach developed by Dr. David Berceli. At Seena Integrative Health Centre, we combine the clinical effectiveness of TRE® with the restorative practice of Mindfulness to provide a safe, body–mind approach to healing. This integration helps patients release stored stress, regulate their nervous system, and build emotional resilience for long-term wellbeing.
